Welcome, Inca Panthers!

I am incredibly excited to serve as your school Principal this year. It's time to Elevate Inca! My commitment is to build strong relationships with our students, staff, parents, and the wider community. By working together, we will ensure our students achieve maximum learning and growth, both academically and in their social-emotional skills. Whether you are new to our community or returning, we extend a warm welcome and are grateful to serve you.

At Inca Elementary, we deeply value diversity, uniqueness, and leadership. We hold all of our Panthers to high expectations because we believe every student is a leader and possesses unique genius. We empower our students to take ownership of their learning through the Leader in Me framework, based on Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This approach encourages students to be proactive, set attainable goals, and make positive choices. Our daily mindset is one of continuous learning and growth, as we are dedicated to providing the utmost education in a safe and encouraging environment where every student can achieve individual success.

As we embark on this new school year, I strongly encourage all our families to be actively engaged with our school community. We firmly believe that strong partnerships with parents are vitally important to our students' success. Regardless of how much or in what ways you're able to be involved, "research shows that when parents are engaged in their student’s education, the student’s success, academically and behaviorally, increases significantly." Your partnership truly matters. This year, we will all be utilizing ClassDojo as our primary communication tool. This platform will make it super easy for you to stay informed, participate in events, and connect directly with your student's teachers about their learning journey.
